Care

Arcara pieces are made to be worn and kept. Preserve the finish by avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume and cosmetics. Remove before swimming, showering or strenuous activity, and store separately when not worn. Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain its finish.

Colour DEF

Clarity VVS

Laboratory grown diamonds share the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are real diamonds, created in a controlled environment and graded according to the same standards of colour, clarity, cut and carat.

DEF sits within the colourless range, while VVS clarity means inclusions are extremely difficult to see, even under magnification. The diamond is deliberately subtle, a small point of light set into the letter.

An optional 0.12 ct diamond charm can be added to the same chain. On 18k solid gold pieces, it is included.

The Reading

A vervet monkey moves through the branches, following whatever catches its curiosity next. The world seems a little brighter when nothing is taken too seriously. Laugh, wander, and leave enough room in life for the unexpected idea that changes everything.

Craftsmanship

Each letter begins as a wax model. During the lost wax casting process, the wax is encased in plaster and burned away, leaving a form that is filled with silver.

This technique preserves the depth, texture and relief of each letter, allowing the animals and details within it to remain clearly defined.

Each piece is then cleaned, set and polished. Subtle variations are part of the character of the casting process.

Cast in Thailand and China, then finished, inspected and dispatched from Paris.

Packaging

Each Arcara piece is presented in the house’s signature double box packaging, inspired by late 19th and early 20th century Parisian jewellery cases.

Deep green, gilt framing and archival typography set the tone before the piece is revealed, turning the act of opening into part of the Arcara experience.
