Your right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise it

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. Write to:

You may use the model form below, though you are not obliged to. To meet the deadline it is enough that your communication is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. Where you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we reimburse the standard cost.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning them. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
