Arcara pieces are made to be worn and kept. Preserve the finish by avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume and cosmetics. Remove before swimming, showering or strenuous activity, and store separately when not worn. Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain its finish.

Artisanat
Each letter begins as a wax model. During the lost wax casting process, the wax is encased in plaster and burned away, leaving a form that is filled with silver.
This technique preserves the depth, texture and relief of each letter, allowing the animals and details within it to remain clearly defined.
Each piece is then cleaned, set and polished. Subtle variations are part of the character of the casting process.
Cast in Thailand and China, then finished, inspected and dispatched from Paris.
Conditionnement
Each Arcara piece is presented in the house’s signature double box packaging, inspired by late 19th and early 20th century Parisian jewellery cases.
Deep green, gilt framing and archival typography set the tone before the piece is revealed, turning the act of opening into part of the Arcara experience.
Livraison et retours
Every order is prepared by hand in Paris and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with tracking. Delivery times apply from dispatch.
Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are included in the price. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
By courier within Paris (arrondissements 1–20) for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday.
Returns within 14 days of delivery, exchanges within 30. 18k solid gold pieces are made to order (ships in 4–6 weeks) and cannot be returned.
