Your ARCARA order is prepared by hand and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification by email with tracking details.

We work with trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL and selected local partners. The delivery estimates below apply from the date of dispatch.

France
Complimentary standard delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

Same-day delivery by coursier within Paris, arrondissements 1 to 20eme: €15.
Orders must be placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on public holidays will be arranged for the next available delivery day.

European Union
Complimentary standard delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

Express delivery: €15.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

United Kingdom
Standard delivery: €15.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Express delivery: €25.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

United States and Canada
Standard delivery: €30.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

Express delivery: €45.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

Rest of the world
Standard delivery: €35.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in ARCARA delivery fees.

Exchanges and returns

Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original écrin.

To arrange a return, write to contact@arcaraparis.com and we will send instructions within 24 hours. Items sent back without a return being requested first cannot be accepted.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the piece received is faulty or incorrect. Any duties or customs charges arising on returns from outside the European Union are also the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend a tracked service for all returns. ARCARA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Right of withdrawal within the European Union

Where an order is delivered within the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We will reimburse the price of the goods together with the cost of standard outbound delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
