* Paris (1st–20th arrondissements) Same-day delivery* (via courier where possible:€20.)

We want you to love your Arcara pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
* Import duties or taxes on returned items from outside France or the EU are not covered by Arcara.
